Signature Drink of the Month


Drinking bourbon sitting in the hot sun sounds slightly less optimal than say, drinking tequila in the hot sun. Combine bourbon with ingredients that brighten it up and make it as refreshing as ice cold lemonade on a hot day.


  • 1.5 ounces bourbon

  • 1/2 ounce campari

  • 3/4 ounce lime juice

  • about 2 ounces ginger beer

  • ice

  • lime wedge for garnish


  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, lime juice, campari and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

  2. Strain into an ice filled highball or large rocks glass. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
