Clyde May's Bourbon Strawberry Iced Tea

2 oz Clyde May's Bourbon

Whiskey 1 oz

Fresh Lemon Juice 3-4 oz

Rich Simple Syrup

2 Large Fresh Strawberries, quartered


  1. Add the strawberries and lemon juice into a mixing glass and gently muddle.

  2. Add the syrup and bourbon, fill the glass with ice, and shake until well-chilled.

  3. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.

  4. Top with unsweetened iced tea.

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and skewered blueberries and strawberries.
